The difference between the anti-theft door and the fire door is that the main function of the anti-theft door is that the anti-skid sealing performance is better. Generally, the door cannot be opened without a key after the door is closed, and the filler in the door panel is not fire-proof material. The anti-theft door must be marked with "fam" and refer to the general technical conditions of anti-theft door gb17565-2007. Although the fireproof door is also made of steel, the door panel is filled with fireproof materials, and the thickness of door steel plate also has different requirements. Steel doors are ordinary steel doors. They also have some anti-theft functions, but the anti-skid performance is relatively poor. General Street processing plants are of this type.
Only Shanghai and Chengdu have local standards for fire-proof and anti-theft doors. In other places, they can only be called fire-proof entrance doors, that is, they reach the national fire-proof class A or class B fire-proof door standard (filled with fire door core). Class A and class B standards are generally divided by fire-resistant time. At the same time, the anti-skid requirements are achieved in the following aspects:
The thickness of the door frame is 1.5, and the thickness of the front and back steel plates of the door leaf is 0.8.
The lock has the function of anti prying, that is to say, the lock body has both oblique locking tongue and square locking tongue. It has the function of quick opening. It is the best rotary type, but it is not allowed to install the heaven and earth lock.
Fire detection report shall be provided for lock and cat eye. Class B fire door can be equipped with door collar, class a fire door is not allowed to be installed.
At the time of acceptance, the merchant shall provide the fire type approval certificate, fire test report and metal door test report. Fire test report of lock and cat eye.
The opening direction of the door leaf is the direction of rapid evacuation and cannot be opened internally.
Wooden insulated fireproof door
This standard specifies the product classification, specification and size, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, mark packaging, transportation and storage, etc. of wooden heat insulation fire doors. This standard is applicable to fire doors with wood or wood products as door frame, door leaf framework and door leaf panel.
Difference between electric fire door and common fire door:
Difference:
Emergency and statistics functions, the system can automatically display the physical location of the designated cardholder on the computer, so as to facilitate timely contact.
In case of emergency such as fire alarm, the electric fire door will open automatically to facilitate escape, and the entrance and exit can also be opened automatically; in case of illegal entry and exit, it will alarm automatically;
National standard for wood insulated fireproof door
Wood heat insulation fireproof door refers to a wooden door which uses wood or wood products as door frame, door leaf frame and door leaf panel, and the door leaf is filled with heat insulation materials or wood or wood products as door frame and door leaf. It can also be installed on the door leaf according to needs, and above the door leaf is equipped with a bright window composed of door frame and A-type composite fireproof glass, and is composed of fireproof hardware accessories. The door can meet the requirements of fire integrity and heat insulation.
According to the fire resistance limit, the wood thermal insulation fire door is divided into three categories, i.e. class A, class B and class C, with the fire resistance requirements of 90min, 60min and 30min respectively. The wood used to make the solid wood fire door needs to be dried and flame retardant, and its moisture content shall not be greater than 12%. When limited by the conditions, the water content of its production should not be greater than the local equilibrium water content.
The hardware fittings used for the wood heat insulation fire door must be fire-resistant hardware fittings, the main hardware fittings are: Fire hinge (hinge), fire bolt, fire door lock, fire sequencer and fire door closer, etc.
When the fire resistance performance of the wood heat insulation fire door is tested, the wood heat insulation fire door shall be able to meet the conditions specified in the standard within the time required by its fire resistance performance.
① integrity:
There is no continuous flame burning for more than 10s on the back fire surface.
If there are cracks, holes or other pores on the back fire surface without flame, the combustibles 20 mm ~ 30 mm away from these pores cannot be ignited within 10 s ~ 30 s.
No collapse of the sample is allowed.
② thermal insulation:
When the average temperature rise of the temperature measuring points on the solid wood fire door reaches 140 ℃ or the temperature rise of any temperature measuring point reaches 180 ℃, the loss of thermal insulation is judged.
During the product consistency inspection on site, the following contents shall be checked:
1. Whether the product appearance is consistent with the standard requirements;
2. Whether the product identification is consistent with the standard requirements;
3. Whether the product structure is consistent with the test report;
4. Whether the material of the product is consistent with the test report;
5. Whether the performance parameters of the product are consistent with the test report.
